Subtle Contrasts
We all live lives filled with subtle contrasts. Every day we make choices to nourish, defend or cast away these sometimes invited and uninvited life experiences. When faced with the trials in life, keeping your perspective is sometimes difficult. What is the take-away? What does this experience teach me? How can I evolve? What can I learn? How can this be a positive thing in my life? Just know that it is helping you evolve as a human and your life, as difficult as it may seem right now. And like most contrasts, it will finish its cycle and end. Just around the corner will be happier moments and times in your life.

In the end, I think Betty Davis’s character, Margo Channing in the movie All About Eve, has the best quote that really resonates with this topic, “Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night.” And in some instances, it may be the best advice to navigate to your best life.
